The Crown Most outstanding Apprentice Culinary Arts
Must have competed in at least one Hot Live category as an individual or as part of a team and two other categories with at least a gold medal standard in any category.
The Crown Junior Chef of the Year
Awarded to the junior chef who accumulates the most points in live presentation of the restaurant operation
Chef of the Year
Must have competed in at least one Hot Live category as an individual or as part of a team and two other categories with at least a gold medal standard in any category.
Most Outstanding Artist
The Jean Hill Memorial Trophy
Must have competed in categories D1, D2, C6 and attained a gold medal standard in at least one of these categories.
MLA Beef or Lamb Main Course Live Challenge with TABASCO® Habanero
Awarded to the individual who attains the highest overall score in the demonstration category.
The winning competitor will have the opportunity to defend their title next culinary challenge with automatic entry. This is a perpetual trophy, and the competitor will be asked to submit recipes.
Regal King Salmon Seafood Main Course Live Challenge
Awarded to the individual who attains the highest overall score in the demonstration category.

All entrants receive an Australian Culinary Challenge Victoria 2010 certificate of participation.

Gold medals will be awarded in the static competition on a daily basis, with overall winners presented at the awards on Thursday 16th September.
