Winning team to receive $10,000 in Prize Money Aquanas Foods Australian Pastry Cup Must have competed in at C1, C4, D2 and F7 as an individual and attained a Gold medal standard in at least two of these categories. Aquanas Foods Junior Australian Pastry Cup Must have competed in at C1, C4, D2 and F7 as an individual and attained a Gold medal standard in at least two of these categories. The Crown Most outstanding Apprentice Culinary Arts Must have competed in at least one Hot Live category as an individual or as part of a team and two other categories with at least a gold medal standard in any category. The Crown Junior Chef of the Year Awarded to the junior chef who accumulates the most points in live presentation of the restaurant operation Chef of the Year Must have competed in at least one Hot Live category as an individual or as part of a team and two other categories with at least a gold medal standard in any category. Most Outstanding Artist The Jean Hill Memorial Trophy Must have competed in categories D1, D2, C6 and attained a gold medal standard in at least one of these categories. MLA Beef or Lamb Main Course Live Challenge with TABASCO® Habanero Awarded to the individual who attains the highest overall score in the demonstration category. The winning competitor will have the opportunity to defend their title next culinary challenge with automatic entry. This is a perpetual trophy, and the competitor will be asked to submit recipes. Regal King Salmon Seafood Main Course Live Challenge Awarded to the individual who attains the highest overall score in the demonstration category. The winning competitor will have the opportunity to defend their title next culinary challenge with automatic entry. This is a perpetual trophy, competitor will be asked to submit recipes. Poultry Main Course Live Challenge Awarded to the individual who attains the highest overall score in the demonstration category. The winning competitor will have the opportunity to defend their title next culinary challenge with automatic entry. This is a perpetual trophy, competitor will be asked to submit recipes. Dessert Live Challenge Awarded to the individual who attains the highest overall score in the demonstration category. The winning competitor will have the opportunity to defend their title next culinary challenge with automatic entry. This is a perpetual trophy, competitor will be asked to submit recipes. A Class Award Awarded to the individual who scores the highest overall score in this category. B Class Award Awarded to the individual who scores the highest overall score in this category. C Class Awards Awarded to the individual who scores the highest overall score in this category. D Class Award Awarded to the individual who scores the highest overall score in this category. All entrants receive an Australian Culinary Challenge Victoria 2010 certificate of participation. All award winners receive an Australian Culinary Challenge Victoria 2010 award. Gold medals will be awarded in the static competition on a daily basis, with overall winners presented at the awards on Thursday 16th September. .
